Housing Construction Framework for North Wales (H1NW)

Since the launch of the WPA's OJEU compliant framework for Housing Construction in April we have registered 14 development projects to date with 6 clients and 230+ homes in the pipeline.

The framework was developed following consultation with Welsh Government and the Councils and Housing Associations across North Wales to provide efficient and compliant procurement options for Housing Construction.
