Since the launch of the WPA's OJEU compliant framework for Housing Construction in April we have registered 14 development projects to date with 6 clients and 230+ homes in the pipeline.

WPA's OJEU compliant Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Housing Construction is an open market solution designed to provide buyers with access to a pool of pre-qualified contractors.
