Cost of Living Support - Trivallis
This initiative focuses on building stronger, more resilient communities by establishing and supporting local food pantries, ensuring that essential needs are met for all residents. By partnering with dedicated volunteers from within our communities, these pantries will provide access to food, clothing, and vital resources for families facing hardship.
The food pantries will serve as a lifeline, offering a range of essential items, including fresh produce, meats, and other staples, ensuring that no one goes without during difficult times. In the spirit of community and care, we are also committed to providing Christmas dinners for families in need, complete with meats, fruits, vegetables, and other festive staples. For those unable to celebrate in their own homes, Christmas dinners will be available on Christmas Day, fostering a sense of inclusion and warmth during the holiday season.
Beyond food, the initiative addresses other critical needs by offering items to help families stay warm and secure during the winter months. This includes clothes horses for drying clothes, fleeces and blankets, hot water bottles, and any other emergency support necessary to ensure comfort and well-being.
Our goal is to create a safety net that supports families through tough times, offering more than just basic provisions but a sense of dignity, warmth, and community care. By working hand-in-hand with local volunteers, we aim to cultivate an environment where everyone feels supported and valued, especially during challenging seasons.
