WPA’s OJEU compliant frameworks are free-to-use and can be used by local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.
Frameworks are umbrella agreements that set out the specification, quantity, quality, price and other requirements of building contracts. Suppliers compete through open competition to be appointed to a framework. Publicly funded bodies then access the suppliers that have successfully met the framework criteria by “calling off” individual contracts.
